Prime 1 Studio is bringing one of Batman’s most tragic villains to its Real Elite Masterline with the new Mr. Freeze: Heart of Ice, a massive 1/3 scale vignette designed by Carlos D’Anda.
Inspired by the tragic story of Victor Fries and his frozen wife Nora, the statue presents Mr. Freeze in a highly detailed industrial-style freeze suit alongside Nora’s Cryogenic Chamber. Piping, mechanical leg components and other functional-looking details give the design a grounded, realistic appearance.
The goggles and Freeze Gun feature LED illumination, while Nora is displayed beneath the blue light of her elaborate cryogenic chamber.
Collectors choosing the DX Parts Version receive two additional Mr. Freeze head designs, a bare right hand and Head Stands for expanded display options. An additional bonus head provides even more customization.
Prime 1 Studio describes the piece as a haunting 1/3 scale interpretation of the love and tragedy that have defined Mr. Freeze since his celebrated reinvention in Batman: The Animated Series.
