The leader of the hunters has arrived.Prime 1 Studio has officially opened preorders for its massive Predator 2 Elder Predator DX Bonus Version, bringing one of the franchise’s most memorable Yautja to the Museum Masterline collection.
Inspired by the Elder Predator’s unforgettable appearance during the closing moments of the 1990 film Predator 2, this premium collectible recreates the legendary hunter as an imposing 1/3-scale statue standing approximately 37 inches tall.
The Elder Predator in Museum MasterlinePrime 1 Studio has gone deep on the details, recreating the Elder Predator’s distinctive gray complexion, armor, equipment, facial features and piercings. The statue stands atop a specially designed base inspired by the interior of the Predator spacecraft, complete with alien architecture and skull trophies.
Collectors will have several display options thanks to interchangeable parts, including three different lengths of Wrist Blades, retractable and deployed Plasmacaster barrels, two logo plates and a swappable right arm featuring the Elder reaching toward his pendant.
The deployed Plasmacaster also features an illuminated laser sight.
DX Bonus Version Brings the Flintlock Pistol.
The DX Bonus Version adds one particularly important accessory for Predator 2 fans: an additional swappable right arm holding the Flintlock Pistol.
It’s a direct callback to the film’s ending, when the Elder Predator presents Lieutenant Mike Harrigan with the antique pistol following his battle with the City Hunter.
The statue also includes a belt-mounted version of the Flintlock Pistol.
Prime 1 Studio has limited the DX Bonus Version to 300 pieces, making this a particularly high-end release for serious Predator collectors.
