The God of Thunder is ready for Avengers: Doomsday, as Hot Toys has opened pre-orders for its new Thor 1/6th Scale Collectible Figure, available in both Standard and Deluxe versions.
Based on Chris Hemsworth’s upcoming appearance as Thor, the approximately 12.6-inch figure features a newly developed head sculpt with separate rolling eyes and a UV luminous reflective effect, a muscular body with seamless silicone arms, and more than 30 points of articulation. Thor comes dressed in detailed Asgardian armor with light-up elements and a wired red cape, while his arsenal includes both the reconstructed cracked Mjølnir and Stormbreaker with LED light-up functions.
Collectors looking for the biggest display option will want to check out the Deluxe Version (MMS919). In addition to the figure’s lightning effects, the Deluxe release includes a massive battle-damaged Sentinel head diorama base with USB-powered LED illumination, additional lightning effects, and a large lightning surge display piece.
The Standard Version (MMS918) will also be available for collectors who want Thor without the expanded Deluxe diorama display.
