Godzilla isn’t the only thing going supersized for Godzilla Minus Zero. A first look at an absolutely massive Godzilla-shaped popcorn bucket has surfaced, and this thing looks more like a giant collectible figure than something you’d carry into a movie theater.
The impressive piece was displayed by SATO Company during EXPOCINE in São Paulo, Brazil, giving attendees an early look at the collectible being prepared for the Brazilian release of Godzilla Minus Zero.
Instead of using only Godzilla’s head or upper body as the container, the design features a full-body King of the Monsters standing upright with his mouth open, massive dorsal spines running down his back, and an enormous tail curling around the figure. The popcorn compartment reportedly opens from the back.
Its sheer size is already getting attention, with the bucket potentially ranking among the largest commercially available movie-theater popcorn collectibles ever produced.
For Godzilla collectors, this could easily become one of the standout promotional collectibles tied to Godzilla Minus Zero. The full-figure design also blurs the line between traditional theater merchandise and a display piece you might expect to find in a dedicated Godzilla collection.
Pricing, exact dimensions, availability, and whether this massive bucket will be offered outside Brazil have not yet been confirmed.
