Set to begin appearing August 31, these terrifying treats aren’t just bringing the heat. The Sweet Phantom Heat Puffs are designed to fizz, tingle and even leave your mouth feeling numb, giving snack fans a Halloween experience that sounds like it came straight out of a Blumhouse movie.
