September 17 is a significant date on the calendar for Transformers enthusiasts, heralding the much-anticipated Transformers Day event. Hasbro has chosen this occasion to debut several new figures, highlighted by a striking Soundwave figure inspired by the beloved 1985 film, Transformers: The Movie.

Fans can explore the slideshow gallery below to view the new Leader Class Soundwave as well as Hasbro’s latest collaboration between Transformers and Beyblade. Additionally, images of previously announced Transformers figures, available for preorder starting today, feature designs inspired by both Transformers One and Transformers: The Last Knight.
Hasbro’s Transformers Day 2025 Figures
The standout release in this lineup is undoubtedly the Leader Class Soundwave, meticulously designed to reflect the character’s iconic appearance in Transformers: The Movie. This impressive 6.5-inch figure transitions from a robot to an audio player in an intricate 28-step transformation process and is accompanied by collectible cassette tape mini-figures.
Priced at $59.99, the Leader Class Soundwave will be available for release in early 2026. Preorders will commence today at 10 AM PT, both on the Hasbro Pulse website and through various retailers.
Also unveiled during this event is the Beyblade X and Transformers collaboration set: Bumblebee 3-60GP vs. Shockwave 5-80O. This exciting set features two TakaraTomy-designed tops incorporating diecast metal components and includes two launchers (note: Beyblade stadium sold separately).
This collaboration set carries a price tag of $24.99 and will be available exclusively on Amazon.
As for the other newly available preorders, fans can look forward to figures from Transformers: The Last Knight (Deluxe Class Barricade and Leader Class Nemesis Prime) and Transformers One (Deluxe Class Airachnid and Voyager Class Alpha Trion). These figures will also be available for preorder starting today at 10 AM PT on the Hasbro Pulse site and other retailers.
In addition to these announcements, Hasbro recently showcased other upcoming products, including the Marvel Legends Maximum Series Deadpool figure, alongside a variety of new Marvel, Star Wars, and G.I. Joe figures presented at SDCC.
