This edition reproduces the original artwork from the acclaimed nineties series, allowing collectors to experience Pearson’s artistic evolution firsthand—an evolution marred by his own struggles with mental health following his initial acclaim. Following Pearson’s passing from a stroke at the age of 52, this release serves as a tribute to his significant contributions to the industry and to the emotions tied to his legacy.
This oversized Artist’s Edition will compile over 240 pages of meticulously reproduced artwork from Body Bags, measuring 12″x17″. It includes the entire groundbreaking miniseries alongside short stories, covers, promotional pieces, and more. Set against a dystopian backdrop, the narrative intricately explores the fractured relationship between a father and daughter within the violent world of bounty hunters—an aspect that resonated deeply with readers and enhanced the book’s enduring popularity.
