Bluey is about to make its way into some of Mattel’s biggest toy and game brands.Mattel has entered into a new multi-year global licensing partnership with BBC Studios that will bring the hit children’s series into Barbie, Hot Wheels, Fisher-Price, Polly Pocket and UNO.
The collaboration will expand Bluey and her world across Mattel’s established play formats, including dolls, vehicles, playsets, figures and card games. Products from the partnership are expected to begin rolling out globally later this year.
The deal gives Mattel the opportunity to combine one of today’s most popular family entertainment properties with several of its best-known brands.
With five different Mattel brands involved, collectors and Bluey fans should have plenty of new products to watch for as the first releases begin arriving.
