The Nacelle Company has announced an exciting new variant cover for the inaugural issue of Wild West C.O.W.-Boys of Moo Mesa, set to hit comic book shelves on September 17. This limited-edition cover is illustrated by the esteemed Ryan Brown, who is not only a renowned artist and comic book creator but also the original series creator, as well as a toy designer. The cover will be exclusively available at Jetpack Comics through publisher Oni Press.
This premier issue is part of a comic book miniseries inspired by ABC’s beloved cult-classic Saturday morning show and serves as a cornerstone of the NacelleVerse, a multimedia franchise from The Nacelle Company. The cover showcases the collaborative work of series creator Ryan Brown (inks) alongside Steve Lavigne (pencils and colors). The narrative of Wild West C.O.W.-Boys of Moo Mesa is penned by Matt Hotson, known for his work on Mighty Morphin Power Rangers: The Return, with the interior art crafted by Marvel Unleashed artist Juan Gedeon.
